Participating Professors

Professor HWANG Ikjoo
Prof. Hwang Ikjoo started his career as a researcher of European culture, having received his Ph.D. with a dissertation on a small town in the Republic of Ireland. His subsequent work gradually came to concentrate on modern Korean culture. He has conducted various studies on the interrelation among the local community formation, differentiation of social groups, and sports activity participation in contemporary Korean cities.
